The Phyllis + Rosie Team is seeking a Summer Intern. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a growing start-up and gain experience in all aspects of sales development, marketing, social media and production.

Sales

Website maintenance, customer correspondence (manage customer service email address an all inquiries), packaging and shipping customer orders

Assisting in sales efforts (in-store events, appearances, trunk shows, back office, sales appointments)

Spring App: maintenance and accountability for sales, integration and promotion of platform into social platforms

Managing and prepping wholesale account orders and maintenance-- invoicing, flow of ship window, account receivable

Marketing

Campaign ideation/execution/assistance

Creating email blasts via Mailchimp

Research opportunities to further expose brand presence 

Research and execute pop-up shop opportunities

Develop seasonal campaigns, debuting new styles/ collections and create ways to engage, grow and maintain customer audience

Photoshop/Illustrator skills a plus

Social Media

Photography - outsource if necessary

Instagram/Facebook Contests

Blog posting

Management of Snapchat, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram

Growing followers on social channels in a tangible way

Production

Assisting Production Manager

General

Office Management/ Supplies/ Organization

Jewelry inventory Management and Maintenance

Assist on all photoshoots and events

Qualifications

Hard-working, passionate, detail-oriented

Ability to work independently and use good judgement

Experience with Microsoft Excel required, knowledge of Photoshop preferred
